John Lewis questioned Donald Trump's right to be president - then saw three of his books soar to the top of Amazon's best-seller list.

BBC.

The civil rights activist John Lewis questioned Donald Trump's right to be president - then saw three of his books soar to the top of Amazon's best-seller list.
John Lewis last week said he would boycott the presidential inauguration in protest at Mr Trump.

Mr Trump responded with typical gusto - via a series of angry tweets.
And the publicity has resulted in Mr Lewis' books topping Amazon's bestseller list in America.

John Lewis has represented the state of Georgia in America's House of Representatives since 1987.

Along with Martin Luther King, he was one of the key leaders of America's civil rights movement in the 1960s which called for an end to racial segregation and was beaten by state troopers during the 1965 civil rights march in Selma, Alabama.

Ahead of Donald Trump's official inauguration as US President on Saturday, Mr Lewis told America's NBC News : "I don't see this president-elect as a legitimate president."

Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton received 2.9 million more votes than Mr Trump, but he won a bigger share of the electoral college, so was awarded the presidency.

Mr Trump responded to Mr Lewis' comments by railing against the much-loved veteran congressman - on his favourite medium.

Congressman John Lewis should spend more time on fixing and helping his district, which is in horrible shape and falling apart (not to......

Such is Mr Lewis' popularity, that the incoming president's comments were even criticised by some senior Republicans.
But they have done wonders for his book sales in America.
His graphic memoir trilogy March was a National Book Award finalist and is currently number one on Amazon, while his 1998 book Walking With the Wind: A Memoir of the Movement is at number two, as of the early hours of 16 January.
Amazon's US website has listed both books as temporarily out of stock.
The first book of the March trilogy is third on the Amazon bestseller charts.

5g researchers achieve record speed Record –breaking speeds have been achieved during tests of 5G data connections, scientists have said. Researchers in the university of Surrey’s 5G innovation centre managed one terabit per second (Tbps) which is many thousands of times faster than current data connections. The head of the 5GIC said he hoped to demonstrate the technology to the public in 2018. Ofcom has said 5G could be available in Britain by 2020. At 1Tbps, it would be theoretically be possible to download a file 100 times the size of a feature film in about 3 seconds. The speed is more than 65,000 times faster than the average 4G download speeds. According to news website V3, 5GIC director prof Rahim Tafazoli said: “we have developed 10 more breakthrough technologies and one of them means we can exceed 1Tbps wirelessly. This is the same capacity as fibreoptics but we are doing it wirelessly” (BBC NEWS).
Moi university students school of information sciences demand for a field trip .     By Matt son sang Students in the school of information sciences on Monday made a decision to take action against the failure of the school administration to communicate to them about the field trips they are supposed to go in second and fourth years of study. “We paid the money since we started our first year and we don’t see any reason why they keep silent on the issue” Kevin, one of the 3 rd year students said. According to the school curriculum students have to go for a field trip in second year and third year something that had been ignored for the past few years unless the students demand for it is when action is taken this makes the students lose trust in the administration and the students’ leaders the students claimed. After a conversation which took about half an hour one of the students leaders countered their anger by informing them that plans are already on the table and a solut...

Why women prefer to dump you for a gay man.

nowadays very fewer relationships are found to be ever sustaining and ever progressing. Some of the reasons women many times drop the relationships are  too obvious. The fact that "they"do not forget trivial mistakes never-forgivable actions can be ignored by them. Women unpredictability makes it even more challenging to clearly define the reasons for dumping. Each woman approaches the relationships in a very much subjective way, thus what makes a serious enough reason for a woman to dump her man may seem ignorable by another. Women +gay men. - Why women trust gay men more than straight male friends Trust related reasons Secondary affairs or multiple affairs of men constitute a reasonable cause for many women dumping their men. Cheating or breaking trust is unforgivable for many of them and when found that the man is dating with someone else too, they may avoid the man. Do men pretend to be...? - Pretenders are always the worst, men lie to their women pretending to be good. M...
