Revealed: The reason Ozil is absent today

Mesut Ozil has been dropped from Arsenal’s starting squad, and not even on the bench as well which made Arsenal fans fear that he will be signing with another club in the coming few hours.
The reason why Mesut Ozil is absent has been revealed by some reports, and it gave Arsenal fans some bad news about the German playmaker.
The German player, Mesut Ozil, won’t be able to play against West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns due to a knee injury he picked up recently, and that will leave home out for today’s clash, and a doubt for Chelsea’s clash in few days in the London Derby.
Some reporters such as Charles Watts who writes for Football London, and James Benge who writes for Standard Sport, has confirmed that Mesut Ozil has picked up a slight knee injury and he may be available for Chelsea’s clash, but he is a doubt at the moment.
This comes amid the rumors of Mesut Ozil signing with another club before few hours of opening the Winter transfer windows just after the new nears, and Manchester United is the main destination for the German player in order to play again and reunite with his former manager at Real Madrid, Jose Mourinho.
